Okay youtube WTF

 

for reasons unknown to me, I can't change this thumbnail - I went and catalogued all my videos (you'll see real soon) and some banners just begged to be spiffed up a little. But I simply can't upload this singular banner... and i don't know why.

I have no strikes or any restrictions, and also the other banners for the other videos in the same series uploaded just fine.
